EAT: Caracas Arepa

We were lucky enough to meet with the coolest Ecuadorian at the 99 Percent cCnference: our new friend Juan Miguel Marin, a design director from Charlotte, NC. After our sessions of hunting, walking and drinking in a New York Penthouse in East Village, we were positively starving. Juan suggests his favorite place : Caracas Arepa, a Venezuelan restaurant.

The food was simply astonishing. We really liked the authenticity and the ambiance of the place. I think that, at this point Karl really understood why i’m so passionate about Latin American food. I’m really glad that I got my little fix!

Thanks to Juan for this precious moment!
